RETURNS
We hope at Laura Pearce Jewellery that you are happy with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return your item. Please contact us as soon as possible.
We shall offer an exchange or full refund providing the item is returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. The item returned should be in perfect condition. We will not accept return items that have been worn or seem to have been worn.
Returned items should be sent by secure mail/ special delivery and signed for. We do not hold responsibility for any items returned damaged in transit.
Returning items that are faulty or need repair:
We may be able to repair jewellery that has become faulty through wear and tear. However this may incur charges such as packaging and delivery.
We cannot offer a refund or exchange on bespoke gold or silver made to order items, including engraved items.
